Lost 7 stone in a year - pictures

Not sure how to post the pictures here as ive not really used the message boards before but the before and after is set as my profile picture! I know it can be hard sometimes but just wanted to help give you all motivation and show that it is all worth it in the end. I still have about 2 stone to lose but i have the motivation to do it! wish you all the best of luck on your journeys x
