Kind of a weird, niche thing...anyone into Minecraft?

Been playing Minecraft since it before it went into beta, run my own server for it actually. Wondering if anyone else has messed around with it? I've gotten a lot of friends into it that normally don't game but enjoy the creative side of it, building, exploring the world, etc.

    hah, i've never considered it a niche thing cos everyone i know plays it, i need to get off the damn internet ;_; but i find it boring as anything, so i do not play D:

    Minecraft is awesome! I especially love the new 1.8 release with creative mode! :D

    I was playing it till it went into beta. Then just stopped. I see tons of kids trying to sneak on it at work. Maybe that killed it for me.
