I could, but you'll learn more if you make one yourself, and you'll be able to make one with the meals you enjoy rather than the meals I enjoy.

I eat around 8am, 12noon, 4pm and 7pm. I don't worry about my macros terribly, but I do aim for at least 100 grams carbs and at least 115 grams protein per day. I think my macros are set at 35/40/25 or something like that...not sure. A typical day for me:

Breakfast - 1 egg + 3/4 cup egg whites with 1/2-1 ounce cheese; and a few strawberries, bananas, blueberries topped with a dollop of greek yogurt or some oatmeal with a few berries (aim for 350 cal total)

Lunch - big salad of tuna or chicken breast, lettuce, onion, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, feta and Bolthouse Farms dressing (about 400 cal)

Dinner - white fish or steak, broccoli or asparagus or similar with parmesan, sweet potato or rice (about 450 cal)

Snack - frozen banana and vanilla protein powder in the food processor until it resembles soft serve ice cream or plain Greek yogurt mixed with sugar free pudding mix (about 300 cal)

You're talking to regular MFP users like yourself here, y'know? It's not the MFP staff (and even they don't do custom plans).

Those of us reading this are basically a bunch of regular random idiots with busy lives and our own challenges to juggle.

I'm not saying you should've known that, so I'm not intending to scold or anything like that. But it's just not a realistic request.

For a true custom plan, hire a registered dietitian. You could also experiment with a site like eatthismuch.com (which won't be perfect either).

But this is a thing you can do yourself, too. It doesn't have to be perfect day one. Just start logging how you eat now, then gradually chip away at hitting your calorie goal and improving nutrition. I predict you'll be surprised how quickly you can remodel your eating to better support your goals, eating foods you personally enjoy.

Quite a few of us random idiots here did that when we first started using MFP. I'm betting you can do it, too. 🙂

    Best wishes!
