My wife took a pic w me and my nephew and I was horrified at the way I’ve let myself get overweight. I weighed myself the next morning and I was 230lbs. I’ve never been that heavy and I’m only 5’9”. I need to find a way to make living healthy a way of life. Food is very hard for me and I like this app. Wish me luck!

I'm also 5'9". I went from a flabby 220 to a thin 170 to a moderately muscular 192. You can do this, too!3

I am around 240 at 5'10". Sick of being fat. I do feel a bit of hope looking at the way this app helps you meal plan. Going to try to stay engaged and start eating better!2
