    Gosh. I am constantly on it. Last night I went out logging in my drinks. LOL. It's such a great help.

    Just habit now... or maybe it's just because I have nothing else to do.

    I'm so glad I'm not the only one.!! I worry about myself sometimes. I not only love MFP and addicted to it. I love my MFP friends !

    Umm...besides going to the bathroom, its the first thing i do in the morning....I'd have to say yes! We may end up needing a support group for the addicts of this support group!!

    I say this everyday day "I'm only getting on to log my food" about 3 hours later I'm like "wtf I didn't even log my food" lol I love mfp

    I tried denying it but m wife says I'm neglecting her because I am spending too much time here. I guess I am guilty as charged. I am just glad to see I am not alone in my addiction!
