Can nachos not coexist with healthy eating patterns while maintaining or even losing weight? 👀

If a person's TDEE is 1800 calories, and their only food consumption in a day is 1600 calories of nachos, does that person not lose weight?

Do you think it will continue for another 8 years?

What are you doing between now and 2031, @Cat0703a?

Are you asking for a guarantee I will still be on MFP in 2031? Have you no confidence that I’ll actually one day lose the weight I’m trying to shed? 🥴😱

Can you please clarify that this isn’t your way of calling this thread dead weight, @Cat0703a ?

How shall I best confirm this is most definitely not the case in question form?

Which part...responding in the form of a question, or doing her best? Would you rather she do her WORST?

Are you implying that weight can be shed by simple math, @nossmf ? How do you account for women who give birth to an 8 lb baby not simply weighing 8 lbs less after child birth?

Are those women like my wife, walking in circles for hours waiting for labor to continue? Isn't walking a good form of cardio to burn calories, therefore lose weight?

Do you know how hard it is to stay away sometimes? 😬

    Why would you stay away?

Isn’t it only in an effort to reduce my screen time??

Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black since i have been gone all this time?

What if you just don’t ever leave, @SundryCoder , so no calling of pots or kettles is required?

Is there a lawyer lurking in this thread that we can consult with to find out?

While I've often heard the joke, "Is there a DOCTOR in the house?", is this the first time somebody has asked if there's a LAWYER in the thread?

As the thread Empress, should I be showered with rings, @EllenJill? Has anyone notified my loyal commenters?

Not to distract from this topic, but did anyone else accidently fail to meet their step goal yesterday and consequently has decided to make today a rest day?
(In my case, wasn't I 20 days into a 30-day challenge and will now be starting at day one again? ☹️)

Don’t you know the most important goal around here is to ask questions regularly?

Can I take just a minute to say how nice it is to see three posts in a row from @Cat0703a , @cmsienk , & @frankwbrown ?

Would you believe I mistakenly was envisioning a basketball going around the rim before going in before looking up the definition?

What’s the sound effect for “that was way over my head”? 😄
