I haven't posted on the forums much at all......but I am pound of this so I thought I would share. Starting weight 293, current weight 218. Still a ways to go before I get to where I want to be, but I am proud of how far I have come.
The first three pictures were taken in 2021 and 2022, and the last picture was taken June 2023 when I was at 224 lbs.
(I apologize if the fish in the pictures offends anyone, I just don't have any pictures of myself that don't have fish or deer in them).

On January second I was at my cabin cutting wood and our four wheeler blew up so I had to do it the hard way and pull the blocks out of the woods in a sled through a foot (maybe a little more) of snow and it damn near killed me. I was completely shot at the end of the day.
And sitting in the cabin that night I got to thinking, If one day of honest work is enough to make me feel like garbage, how am I ever going to have enough energy to keep up with my 6 and 2 year old sons. So I decided right then and there I was done being tired and sore all the time!11 -
