Back at it after a while

I had a real good schedule of exercise classes and calorie counting that worked great. I lost 75 lbs. then I got laid off during COVID and life was more about surviving so I stopped doing what needed to be done.
Fast forward 2 years and I have gained 100lbs back. I am taking my son and his troop to SeaBase high adventure camp in 2 years so I need to get back down in order to do the things that need to be done.
I started counting calories again this week and today starts working out. Rough go of it prior to class. None of my workout clothes fit. That was a hit to my ego. I sucked it but I put my big girl panties on and am currently sitting in the class waiting for it to start. I will do this.
