    I didn't think I would ever get to the point of posting a picture on here-- but today when I was cleaning around my house, I found this before picture and I just had to in order to keep motivating myself to keep going. In less than 3 years I have been able to maintain and lose 81+ pounds. It's slower than some, but my goal has been to do it in a healthy way and maintain the loss throughout what life has to offer. Hopefully this will serve as motivation to others, as well as help to continue to motivate me to do better. (and I am hoping I did this picture thing right)

    I've done it by making gradual changes to my eating patterns over time. So instead of trying to take away everything at once I just reduce something here and there, so it doesn't feel as drastic.

    And a whole lot of exercise, I went from not really liking it, to loving it- I did my first 5k last week - walk and job and my goal is to run one next summer =)

    I just set little goals for myself =)

    That sounds very prudent! Great job and keep up the good work! Here comes "the rest of your life"!!! :happy:
