  • Thank you soo much, I look forward to Sundays for my motivation for the week. I really want to meet my goal I Have 11 days to lose 6 pounds Im going to try really hard this week. since the mini goal ( October 6th) is my birthday would make that day even better. So im really going to try hard!!! Have a great weekend everyone :)

  • Just wondering, on some people's charts I was noticing that mini-goals were next week and on other's charts it is in 2 weeks? A lot of people are missing the 9/22 weigh in date on their charts, so i think there is a little confusion here!

    I'm happy to see the scale moving down this week - I'm teetering on the edge of maintenance but I still want to lose a few more kg so I've reduced my daily calorie allowance just a little bit this week - from 1700 net (almost maintenance) to 1550 net - which is a level where I should lose weight slowly, if my body co-operates. Now I just need to stick to it - which makes me think that it's more about my mind - I think if my heart and mind are in it my body should follow.

    Your right I'm sorry, how does everyone feel about the first goal being October 6th? Would everyone be ok with that?
