Hello! I'm new to this, just started this week. I NEED to lose some weight . Says my doctor on her notes 😏. Problem is I usually don't eat breakfast because I'm not hungry then at about noon I'm starving and eat allll the wrong hings. Hoping this will help me gain new friends to help me stay on track! I have 8 kids and work either he school so stress is high as well and what makes me feel better junk food! Any tips or motivation you'd like to share with me, please feel free!0
