Hi ,nice to be a part of my fitness pal,would like some ideas to include more protein.Thanks.

    There are these little pouches of tuna with different flavors I just love! You just have to watch out for the sugar, but those can be a great quick snack, or else mixed with mayo and dipped, or put onto a salad. I always have HB eggs on hand as well. Another easy one is to cook up a bunch of chicken breast and chop it up so you have some ready to grab and go.

    Shakes are okay, but some are very high carb, and if you start adding certain things, can get to be very high calorie. A scoop shaken up with water will get you closest to what the label actually states.
