Hey I just started working out a few days ago and am just wondering for any tips on food and at home work outs

    Can you give us something more to work with? What do you enjoy doing? What's your fitness or strength level at the moment? What's your goal? How do you eat? And maybe what are your current stats.

    2. free FitOn app for workouts. they have some that are 20 min which is a good start - can always add a second if you feel good
