Does anyone have experience (medical, nutrition, or otherwise) with SculptNation’s (vShred) Burn Evolution 2.0, as in…, does it really do what they claim?

ANY program works if you follow it. The catch is if you can do it for LIFE. If not, then chances are you'll get out of shape and regain weight.

Really all this program is telling you is that you can eat what you want when you want you just have to move more and not eat over a certain amount. Basically what MFP does for free.3

The combination of caffeine, yohimbine hydrochloride, and rauwolscine can increase anxiety, high blood pressure, rapid heart palpitations, insomnia, as well as the inevitable energy crash when the effects wear off.Oct 1, 2022
Never heard of it before, but the above quote would sure slow me down.
You really don't need pills. Just eat a few less calories to lose weight.1 -
Yeah, they have a "supplement" page and give on info on each supplement. And will recommend you take all of them since "ingredients" on them are "scientifically backed". Lol, what does all that mean?
It means an ingredient (say caffeine) has be scientifically researched and shown to be effective in energy increase. Well then that means ANY SUPPLEMENT (including all competitors) with caffeine can claim that it has an "ingredient" that's "scientifically backed". See how that works?

In addition to this, the supplement company I used to work for would use this "scientifically backed" language even if the amount of the ingredient in our product was literally 1/100 of the amount used in the study. Caveat emptor.0 -

Isn't vShred like a big joke in the fitness game?
Of all the youtube channels I follow (which are pretty serious and legit) all say that this guy gives really bad advice and stupid excercises to do. I think it's one of the names I hear most associated with negative things and one of the most controversial. And having had a glimpse, he certainly says some pretty stupid things.
I know that doesn't answer your question, but let's just say that if there was a program to choose from, I wouldn't choose his, and I certainly wouldn't trust his supplements !0 -

Yep. The whole VShred thing is a joke (just my opinion for anyone reading who likes it.) And yes, most fitness people I follow think it's bs and basically a scam.0 -
