Yes. The only Coke that doesn't have caffeine is labeled "caffeine free" on the front.2

I'm about four months into giving up soda altogether. For the last little bit I was trying to only drink caffeine-free stuff.
Most brands have a gold flair or gold strip accent on their caffeine-free variety.
Nothing good about soda except it's cold, wet, refreshing, and convenient.0 -

In my opinion, way better to drink coke zero. Makes it way easier to maintain a calorie deficit.1 -
Coke Zero has no calories and regular Coke has many calories so obviously the prior is better for fat loss2

Either are fine, technically, as long as you account for the calories.
But the regular soda has a lot of calories, supplies no other nutrition, and isn't very filling. Personally, I'd spend my limited calories on something more nutritious or filling or both, but it's your call.1 -
When you’re in Fatloss mode liquid calories are not a good idea, not even things like fruit juice which generally have a ton of sugar and calories. No satiation either so best to stay away.1
