Thank you soo much, I look forward to Sundays for my motivation for the week. I really want to meet my goal I Have 11 days to lose 6 pounds Im going to try really hard this week. since the mini goal ( October 6th) is my birthday would make that day even better. So im really going to try hard!!! Have a great weekend everyone0

Just wondering, on some people's charts I was noticing that mini-goals were next week and on other's charts it is in 2 weeks? A lot of people are missing the 9/22 weigh in date on their charts, so i think there is a little confusion here!0

I'm happy to see the scale moving down this week - I'm teetering on the edge of maintenance but I still want to lose a few more kg so I've reduced my daily calorie allowance just a little bit this week - from 1700 net (almost maintenance) to 1550 net - which is a level where I should lose weight slowly, if my body co-operates. Now I just need to stick to it - which makes me think that it's more about my mind - I think if my heart and mind are in it my body should follow.

Hi Fallisha... October 6th for our first mini goal is fine with me. I apologize for missing my weight in on Sunday - got home later than I expected. Anyways, I stayed the same at 180.8.0
