Hello. two years ago I lost 100 pounds with a lot of hard work. My husband died of COVID at age 39 in Oct 2021 and I gave up, and gained. Being a widow at 30 was an eye opener. I need to do this for my children.

08/08-194.6-(Trend Weight: 195.6)- I had 3 bad days this week and I’m really paying for it. The scale went even higher earlier in the week because of 1 travel day, one festival day and one cereal binge day, but I’ve been putting in the work. I’m still one pound up but committed to doing everything I can before the next travel day derails me later in the month. I’ve been pre-logging, focusing on water and putting in 30 minutes of straight exercise along with my mild strength training. It adds up.

Hi everyone!!! Today is weigh-in day for me! Honestly it’s been a tough week emotionally and I had some real bad days regarding food choices…but what I think has helped is I’m paying attention to my carb intake and I think it’s working! I’ve got my macros set for 40% and I’m under most days even when things go astray! I’m in menopause so for me I think that’s been key!! Cheers to a great week!

I am doing well.
I hit a 5 day step streak on my Fibit.
We walk everyday and go to Planet Fitness a few times a week.
We also eat a low calorie lunch like tomato cucumber salad to save some calories.
Back to work tomorrow! I must manage my stress levels. I've had a beautiful summer filled with travel, love, and exercise.8 -
Did good this week! I went to a concert last night and expected to gain, but was shocked to see quite the opposite! Suspicious I'm dehydrated from drinking and dancing, but I guess we'll see if the loss "sticks."

Us too Karen. British Columbia is under a State of Emergency. We live in Salmon Arm and are surrounded by fires. Adam's Lake fire north of us and West Kelowna south.
Closest fire is about 32km (Sorrento) from us.
Getting prepared just in case we get an Evacuation Alert...not likely but it is always better to be prepared.

08/15-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Very early travel today for routine mammogram and oncologist appt. 4 hour drive each way. Hopefully I am still in full remission. Diet & Exercise has been horrible. What I am doing is just not sustainable. I’ve got to rethink my MFP goals and tweak.
