I know if I do not keep track it goes sideways quick! 10 more to go then the real work begins maintenance!!! 😆 Help!!!

    Maintenance is actually harder than loss, which was easy. So many people are like “yippee!!!! I’m here” and they go right back to old habits.

    Single best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten here has helped me keep straight in maintenance:

    Treat maintenance like you still have ten pounds to lose
