Hi everyone I'm a 42 year old man and I have had a triple heart bypass and at the start of the year and I am struggling with losing the weight because I have been dicabled since I was a kid

Welcome, Kenneth! That's quite a journey to have triple bypass earlier this year. Hopefully you're getting better and stronger as the days go by.
It's not easy to lose weight even without mobility issues. But it's not all about physical movement. That helps, but it can be "easier" to start by focusing on things you can control - determining the appropriate calorie intake, focusing on the nutrients in those calories, etc.
