Hey everyone! I am looking to make friends on here, just made an account. I am getting Bariatric surgery (VSG) on 09/18/23. My liquid diet starts on 09/08/23. In the meantime, T- 5 weeks, I am looking to eat healthier (lean, high protein, low fat, healthy carbs). Even if you are not a Bariatric patient, I would love to be supportive and be supported.     Just starting the process with 10 weeks of classes that are required. Have so many questions but also just trying to take the journey one day at a time.
