    No clue, don't have a device capable of measuring. Guessing no on work days, and double that much on off days.

    TNP sometimes cobbles together a meal out of assorted pieces, such as my today's lunch of peanut butter, peaches, chips and a protein shake.

    (7,000 steps ~ 3 1/3 miles / 5.3 km with my stride)

    TNP knows how to drive (and has driven) a car with a standard transmission (I put one on the market today - 3 calls so far)
