Tried this top and leggings on in Target yesterday. Loved the color and style, but the material was so warm, I was practically sweating just standing in the fitting room. I suppose it would be good for an outdoor workout in a cold climate, but in August in Florida, it’s not going to work. Although I guess it could make any yoga class feel like hot yoga.10 -

Just started using MFP again after a few years off dieting/fitness. Slowly getting there again!!
Personally don’t think I’m doing bad for a 43 year old with 4 children, a full time job (12.5 hour shifts in a hospital) and a house to run!!
