Weight loss

Hello everyone, I want to share my weight loss journey. I have lost 10.5 kg (21.1 lbs) since beginning of January. I credit my weight loss to two main things: cutting sugar, sweets and desserts as much as possible and intermittent fasting. I do Pilates and aquagym once each per week and walk everywhere I can. I live in a city. My goal is to lose another 8 kg. My biggest challenge will be maintaining the goal weight once I get there. I have been where I am now four times and every time I have gained the weight back and some.

    Congrats on your progress so far. What have you diagnosed the problem as? (ie why have you gained back the weight each time?)

    Keep at it..... you are losing by making sensible cuts..nothing drastic and not too much exercise.. i like it..and see how maybe it could be a lifestyle.
