trying again

I've gained and lost the same 40 pounds 3 times. I am back at my starting point again where my clothes are now uncomfortable. I know I can make the changes to see results, but starting and admitting to yourself that you failed is hard. Looking forward to getting on track and creating better habits.

Hi awkward_twist. I am in the same boat as you. I’ve lost the weight and than regained it, I’m starting again and when I reached my goal weight this time I’m going to maintain it hopefully.1

That ok! Remember that you've done it before and can do it again. What I've found is that admitting and acknowledging is the first step. You can do this.
