i got my blood sugar down to normal through diet and exercise - no meds!

after doing cardio regularly for a while, my resting heart rate has gone down from 78 to 65!

i've been working out for months, and i'm getting stronger again. it's so exciting!

how about you, cdennis9154 - do you have any non-scale victories lately?

I'm wearing clothing from my closet that I haven't been able to wear in a couple of years!

That's awesome! Keep up the good work! Remember this victory when it gets rough and use it to push thru. For me...my clothes are fitting better and I soon I want to never wear these sizes again.

That's awesome! I love that for you! Keep at it.

    For me...

    1) I'm becoming more flexible again
    2) someone stopped me in the gym and complimented my strength.
    3) I'm seeing definition return to my arms
    4) I've rewired my brain and tastebuds regarding food. I don't crave snacks or sweets or fast food anymore. Just fruits and veggies and whole foods. I'm most proud of that because it's empowering.

Overall, I've lost 12 in around my waist, but I have lots of pants from various pant sizes I've worn in the last 2 years that no longer fit...
