My back

I have messed up my back.... actually my butt muscles have spasmed and it is messing with my back. I just went for accupuncture and it is easing some but he told me to back off from exercise for a few days. I already haven't gone to the gym for two days because of it.

I am missing the gym and never thought I would ever say that in my life

  • Try YOGA!! Let the instructor know about your injuries and s/he will surely help you work around your pain. You'll still feel like you worked out, but without the impact!
