Supplements / Workout Stacks you take?

Just curious what supplements and etc everyone takes.

I take:

Morning:
GNC MEGA MEN multivitamin
Acaiblast fruit chew

Morning Shake/Lunch Shake:
Either Herbalife w/MuscleTech Protein Vanilla or Orange Creme or MuscleMilk Cookie Dough

Drink:
Herbalife Liftoff - not every day just when I want a pick me up at work. Not really a supplement.

Workout:
Jack3d and alternate with White Flood every other week

Recovery Shake:
Rarely do but if I get that ammonia smell I'll drink a G3 after the work out for a few days.

    Yeah forgot the technical term of it. Dr. said it's all good, drink a recovery shake when it happens. Marathon runners get it a lot they say.

    Ammonia is actually a by-product of protein metabolism. When you run hard and long and your body lacks adequate carbohydrates, your body burns protein for fuel. When this is burned, the distinctive ammonia smell presents itself afterward.

    The fact that ammonia is produced on every run doesn’t mean the smell is noticeable afterward. Usually, the smell is only present when there is the carb deficit. This increases the ammonia levels in your muscles and then the ammonia is picked up by your blood and carried to your respiratory system. When this occurs, you can usually smell it. In addition, some of the ammonia will show up in your sweat.

  • I drink Gaspari Myofusion for protein. And Gaspari Superpump 250 for Pre-Workout but i only take a 1/4 scoop. And some Glutamine here and there. And a multivitamin. And water.
