I am making a steak pie. How do I find the calories for homemade shortcrust pastry?

    I typically use the recipe builder to figure out the nutrition for homemade items. You can often find something that looks equivalent that someone else has entered if you do a food search, but since recipes and portion sizes can vary so much, I prefer to enter my own.

    Recipe builder (or Meals function) if you weigh the individual ingredients in your pastry/pie.

    If it's too late for that (or you don't want to do that): I would use a food database entry for store-bought pastry.
