Need to lower fat increase protein

Hello I’m looking for suggestions for high protein options other than chicken breast. I have to increase my protein. Thanks for your insight.

Here’s a grab from Google, I dont feel too comfortable just giving out my own opinions on what foods are what but out of the list below, I do have a few I favor to. Eggs, nuts, chicken and beef - I also intake muscle milk for the protein but that comes with 200+ calories.
