Starting a Halloween Challenge, weekly witchy weigh-ins (mine are frightening Friday mornings)... so stop goblin down the junk food!

Oct 8. 210 this was a rough week energy wise. Before starting I knew that I consumed a lot of sugar but didn’t really realize how much until this week. No pop, no juice, no candy, no chocolate. Grateful I have supportive co-workers. Beside tired, I may have also been cranky.

So this weekend was a little rough but I tried to make some healthy choices and not indulge too much. I am happy with this progress.
Walking 20 min 3xs a day it’s more manageable for me right now.
Eating lower carb and getting water and protein in.3 -
My weigh-in was late for last week because I was on vacation. I weighed in this morning and found that I was able to maintain without gaining! 😃😃😃 I guess those daily walks on the beach really helped out!

Hi everyone! I like this format, and I found this group late. Better late than never, let’s see what I can do by end of the month! My first time participating in any of these Community forums, so I hope I’m doing this right! 🤗
Goal weight is 130lbs (no specific date yet since I missed my “goal weight by 65years old” 🤨). However, I’m feeling 8/2025 should be realistic and VERY doable, taking into account ‘life & excuses’ but staying VERY optimistic throughout this latest journey! I know myself, and am taking into consideration self care in which I tend to ‘indulge’! 😬
