Check negative - people, places and things. One at a time. Ask yourself “Do they serve me? Or Do I serve them?
If the answer is no. Work on removing them from your life one at a time (if possible) Some may take more time and effort; others may not.

Love this. I am right here. I need ramp-up time to drop things. First goal: no drinking for 21 days. Then, no cigs after that. I did cardio this morning and thought I was going to die, lol.1

I am on day six, no soda and intermediate fasting. I haven't had a crash yet. I feel much better, although, I don't know if I lost much because I am tweaking my eating slowly each week. Fresh start again.....1

Give yourself more credit than you do. Listen closely to your “self talk” . Change the recorded messages to match the positive physical changes you are making.
