Brag Post

I just wanna brag for a sec cuz I am so proud of my progress so far:
1. Officially lost my first 15lbs in 8 weeks (I’m only on my 2nd week on MFP)
2. My feet don’t feel like they are being crushed under my weight
3. I don’t snore anymore 😂
4. My favorite dress is too big on me
5. I can run up and down the stairs vs 2 months ago when my knees hurt so bad I avoided them like the plague.
6. I don’t think about food 24/7

What do you notice first when you started losing?!
