Hi everyone! I like this format, and I found this group late. Better late than never, letās see what I can do by end of the month! My first time participating in any of these Community forums, so I hope Iām doing this right! š¤
Goal weight is 130lbs (no specific date yet since I missed my āgoal weight by 65years oldā š¤Ø). However, Iām feeling 8/2025 should be realistic and VERY doable, taking into account ālife & excusesā but staying VERY optimistic throughout this latest journey! I know myself, and am taking into consideration self care in which I tend to āindulgeā! š¬

Hi,
I know it's mid-month already, but I'd love to join y'all. I've been losing 1lb. a week since October 1st.
My goal is to lose about 30 lbs. by eating fewer calories each day without intentionally restricting any essential nutrients and doing atleast 30 minutes of intentional exercise everyday.
Starting weight on August 27- 180 lbs.
Current weight- 166 lbs.
October goal weight - 160 lbs.
Overall goal weight- 135 lbs.
October 2- 168 lbs.
October 9- 167 lbs.
October 16- 166 lbs.

Oct 8. 210 this was a rough week energy wise. Before starting I knew that I consumed a lot of sugar but didnāt really realize how much until this week. No pop, no juice, no candy, no chocolate. Grateful I have supportive co-workers. Beside tired, I may have also been cranky.
Oct 16. 209 the sugar cravings are much less this week. Hope you are all doing well.

Oct 20 217 Iām not sure why the scale didnāt budge. The only thing I can think of is that my sleep wasnāt great this week. Frustrating but Iām hopeful to bring the goal next week we have 11 days ladies!!
