I won't be weighing in for this week. A friend of mine passed away on Saturday and I don't really have the energy or will to pay much attention to diet and fitness. I'll try to be back on board next week and next weigh in.0

Ugh this week wasn't that great I am up instead of down. I kind of expected it since it is that time of the month though I have to be honest and say that I cheated all weekend long. I was good all day yesterday even though we went out to celebrate my sis-in-law's bday. I will try to make this week better.
Honestly, my biggest struggle is just the weekend because I don't have a routine on those days. During the week because of work I have my breakfast, lunch and dinner pretty much planned out...I am glad this group is here to keep me accountable and motivated!
I will update the spreadsheet when I get home.

Wow .... was just being nosy and checking out the spreadsheet (coz i am a day ahead i am usually the only result there).
Its great to see so many have put their results in the spreadsheet.
To all the losers ... good job. I noticed some really nice starts top this challenge.
To those that maintained ... yay! Stay focussed and keep trying.
To me (and others that gained) .... be proud that you were honest about your gain. Don't be discouraged. Put it behind you and focus on each days food and exercise and it will be gone again by next week. It's just water anyway!! lol (no way did I gain 3lbs of fat - that's 10500 calories and I don't even eat that much in a week!) Just look at the overall trends and consider it a speedbump not a mountain.

I have already booked in for my monthly facials to help keep me on track and motivated. My girlfriend gave me a voucher for one just as I started this and the boost it gave me to get motivated (so I could have a figure to match my 10 years younger face). My special treat will be some non-surgical liposuction (cavitation they call it here) when I reach my first goal - just for that little extra inch boost - then when I reach my final goal I am going to have a set of treatments to help tighten and tone any loose skin and those last few trouble spots.0 -

I've been idly sitting at this weight for about a year now- no loss, even though I have been KINDOF working out consistently But that is because I never take my diet seriously. Time keeps passing me by. I want to reach my goal by Xmas!

I was 171 last week with at 151 goal for Christmas and a 131 goal total
And I lost 2 pounds this first week.
Every time I think of stuffing my face I think of the spreadsheet and it helps!
