To add, you copy the user name, then go to friends section, request(persons head with the plus) 👤+, and paste their user name in the request, and your user name under that, and send.1

I’ve been on my health journey since Aug 2022. I’ve lost 40 pounds and have increased my muscle mass. With all that said, I haven’t “arrived” yet. There’s still so much I want to accomplish.
