I love peppered shrimp or chicken wings in my air fryer--if you are going low carb.

Skinless Chicken wings Raw are about 43 calories each. Eight raw wings 364 calories.

If you want super simple, you can spritz with olive oil spray, then salt and pepper.

I go a step further.

1. I take EXTRA CRISPY Shake N Bake. It has to be name brand and has to be Xtra Crispy. This version is the most like fried chicken. 1/8 of a S&B xtra crispy packet is 35 calories---6 Carbs.

3. I take the packet, I add in extra black pepper. I love pepper.
4. I spritz the raw UNFROZEN wings with olive oil spray.
5. I roll them in Extra Crispy shake

n bake.
I put them in the air fryer.


How long you cook them depends on how many and how thick they are.

• I start with 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
• I flip them. Cook another 5 minutes.

IS IT DONE?
I use my meat thermometer. If it's reached a good chicken temp--I eat. If not, I flip and cook 2 to 5 minutes more. They should be at least 175°F (79°C).

No thermometer? You can also just cut the thickest wing open. Is it done all the way through? Then you are good to go.
