    Thanks Hollis! My body has paid the price all weekend. I tweaked my lower back and left hip. Also bent my right thumb backwards while rolling during a grappling match. It’s been a rough weekend of recovery. But it’s worth it as long as I can heal fully.

    Thanks everyone! Still kinda riding this high from a lifetime goal I’ve had since I was a kid. I’m going back to training today still a little sore but I want to keep growing and maintain my skills and health!
