Sounds like you're positive and determined, so that's great! Remember, a goal without a plan is just a wish.
Per the previous two posters, a plan is important, but the plan needs to be simple and easy for you to be consistent with in the long term. Hopefully you have a daily (or weekly) calorie goal set and can eat in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.0 -
