    All in all, I think it was a very good challenge! We may not have all reached our goals (I didn't), but I think it helped us concentrate on what we were doing a little bit more and I am pleased with everyone success!

    That said, I am setting up a new N🦃vember/Decem🌲er Challenge, I hope you join me there too!

    My goal weight is 175 by June 2024. That’s about 2- 3 pounds a month! Let’s get it!!!

    October SW: 200 lb

    13 Oct- 200.2 (seems like I am going in the wrong direction)

    20 Oct - 199 (yeah!! going in the right direction)

    27 Oct - 199 no movement this week, but feeling amazing which is what matters!!! And staying strong with my eating/workout plan

    31 Oct -198.2

    October total weight loss: 2 lbs…. Yeah!!! Made my monthly goal!!! Let’s go!
