Yep- I did watp 3 mile walk with resistence band. i'm getting ready to go walk my 2 miles with handweights now. Cindy0

Awesome everyone! I got back in the gym today after a 2 week hiatus... and I REALLY didn't want to go. But I felt wonderful afterward.

Yea, sometimes when I have to take time off, it's hard to get back into it. And then after my first workout back, I'm like, why did I NOT feel like doing that??! :laugh:0 -

Yes did 3 miles in 37 minutes plus ab workout and leg lifts with 3lb weights....
It feels great knowing im working hard towards my goal!!0 -
