    Didn't I just wing it? Would you like to wing it like I did?
    Do you think you could preheat your oven to 425° and cut up a handful of small broccoli florets (maybe 1/2 - 2/3 cup), toss with a little olive oil and salt and roast in the oven for 5 or 6 minutes? Could you also heat up your little cast iron pan with 1 - 1 & 1/2 T of butter at the same time? Would you like to add some slivered onions to that melting butter before you heat up the pan? Do you know I used the same basic Dutch baby recipe of 2 eggs, 1/4 c flour, 1/4 c milk, and 1/4 t sea salt (in that order)? Do you think you could then take the broccoli and separate cast iron pan out of the oven, pour in your egg mixture, add the broccoli and toss in a little shredded parmesan cheese (use your judgement... 2, 3 T)) and bake for 12-13 minutes?
    Wasn't making that recipe compliant here more challenging than actually making my Dutch baby pancake last night? 🤭

    Would you like to know a bit of Dutch Baby trivia (that may or may not be true, since I read it on the internet)?
    Isn't a Dutch baby pancake actually a German pancake? Didn't some enterprising American restaurant entrepreneur add a smaller version of a German (Deutsch) pancake (i.e. a baby pancake) to his menu, erroneously spelling it Dutch instead of Deutsch, thus giving birth to the name Dutch Baby Pancake?
