Been on that roller coaster ride of losing a substantial amount of weight and putting it right back on. I'm going to attempt to put me first this time. Would love some insight/motivation/encouragment/friends. 33 year old female in SC.

What amount are you looking to lose? What is your current height/ weight? It could be the goal is too aggressive.

I have lost considerable weight over the years only to gain most of it back over time. A lot of it is lack of keeping my eye on the ball and getting complacent.

When I was 40, I dropped 81# in a little over a year and was an avid runner. When I had to stop at 43 due to injury it crept back.

A couple years ago I dropped 60# and gained back 20 and I feel like I'm in a sweet spot (though I'd like to lose about 10 more). I'm almost 59 now.
