The best thing to do is simply to log your food for a week. Don't change anything about your food intake, but log Everything. Once you establish your caloric baseline you can start to make informed decisions about your eating.
In my case, I started my journey at ~1500 calories a day and I wasn't budging. Turns out, I was starving myself and didn't realize it. I was able to slowly increase my caloric intake (about +200 calories/day every 2-3 weeks) and got to a point where I started losing weight. I kept that going until I stopped losing weight (somewhere around 3200 calories!) and established that as my baseline. Now when I need to drop weight, I'll cut 200 calories/day and see how my body reacts.
But at least now, I have data to work with. What gets measured gets fixed. Otherwise, you'll always be guessing.7 -
Great progress!!! You'll have the rest off in no time.0

Fantastic! Like many, I find I have to eat more/eat healthier foods as opposed to eating less. But, do whatever works for you! Keep it up!2

I am eating more salad, eggs and meat. Less bread and take out foods. Logging intake is definitely helpful.0
