Hi all,
I'm on the journey to health and weight loss. I've been doing a lot of life updating and here I am again looking at my health. My goal is to track food and exercise for the month of November and see how it goes. I'm getting older (49) and can't eat sugar like I once did. Health isn't suffering yet (at least not that I can tell) other than my weight, so while I can, I'm hoping to develop some good healthy habits moving forward. I want to lose the 50 lbs. I've gained in the last 15 years, but my will power isn't as strong as my sugar addiction so any motivation and encouragement you can send my way is much appreciated.

    Sounds very familiar. I’ve got about 45 lbs to lose and my biggest weakness is sugar. Doctor said if I don’t get my A1C down I’m looking at diabetes in my future! I need to eat better, get my weight under control and hopefully focus on some mindfulness, stress reducing habits! Best of luck to you! I know we can do this!
