Probably, but have you calculated this anywhere? I'm similar to you (slightly shorter) and am in a deficit at around 1600, which works well for me - enough of a deficit to lose, and enough energy to workout. Lower than that, and I struggle to get through my workouts, so ultimately burn less. The happy place, I think, is the highest possible number of calories where you are still losing weight but it's not impacting your energy levels.2
