200 LBS lost, gaining lean mass

In December 2020, I weighed 375 pounds. In a little over a year, I lost just shy of 200 pounds. Got a bit too thin, and obsessed with running and road cycling. Now am one year in to strength training and am gaining back lean muscle mass. MFP helped me change my life. Just over 1050 days of logging, helped with the weight loss, and the bulking.

    You have done a great job with your weight loss. It's good that you gained back lean muscle mass.

    Fantastic! That new active lifestyle will go a long way towards preventing regain of fat tissue and I think it's great you're gaining muscle. Congratulations!
