    Seeing as I’m back for another round I should introduce myself.
    I’m 45 years old and a tiny 5ft 2 inches. I’ve been married to my DH for 19 years and next year is our 20th anniversary. DH and I are parents to 2 DD who are in their late teens. I’ve made a commitment to get myself in check before I’m 50

    I’m still not well but now completely lost my voice. Think it’s time for self care and staying home from work this week. DD is also not well so DH is looking after us both. Didn’t stay inside my calorie goal yesterday but doing okay today
