Hello, and welcome back!
Choose a sensibly moderate loss rate, pick a way of eating and exercise that's relatively pleasant (or at least tolerable/practical), and stick with it (unless you notice ways to make it even easier).
(I'm in camp "less motivation required, more success happens" 😆.)

Well it's been two months and four days and it's going GREAT. 27.5lbs. No soda, no fast food and exercise.. Logging motivates me..1
