• Butt squeeze lift (lay flat on floor, knees up and shoulder width apart - don't let your butt touch the floor and remember to squeeze those cheeks!) - 20 lifts
• Dog lifts right leg kick (get down on your hands and knees, kick right leg up – keep at a 90 degree angle and kick as high as possible) – 20 lifts
• Dog lifts left leg kick (get down on your hands and knees, kick right leg up – keep at a 90 degree angle and kick as high as possible) – 20 lifts
• Dog lifts right leg kick (get down on your hands and knees, kick right leg out to your side – keep at a 90 degree angle and kick as high as possible) – 20 lifts
• Dog lifts left leg kick (get down on your hands and knees, kick right leg out to your side – keep at a 90 degree angle and kick as high as possible) – 20 lifts
1 minute rest
• 25 front crunches
• 25 right side crunches
• 25 left side crunches
• 25 front crunches
• 20 push-ups
1 minute rest
• Sumo squats (legs as far apart as you can stand, back straight, butt out, hands clasped together at chest level) squat as deep as you can for 20 squats
• Standing lunge (right leg in front, left leg back) - 20 lunges
• Standing lunge (left leg in front, right leg back) - 20 lunges
• Straight legged deadlift (back straight, knees slightly bent, not locked) – 20 drops
• Wall squat (lean against a wall, drag your body down until your knees are at a 90 degree angle, back flat against the wall, arms down by your side, feet shoulder width apart, knees apart) – HOLD for a 60 second count
1 minute rest
Repeat entire workout 5 x's
