Have a pimple so big it's been dripping oil and hurting for 3x days.

Anyone know what I can do?

I tried honey and cinnamon masks and they really are helping.

    I have alway heard that red clover tea is a "blood cleanser" that will help with pimples and boils and such. Not sure I believe it though!

    Keep a close eye on it and if it doesn't get better soon, call your doc.
    A few years ago, I had what I thought was a pimple, but it was a pocket of infection and required antibiodics.

    Places like CVS have over the counter benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid that usually help clear things like that right up. Maybe try looking into those?

    Also, try using some witch hazel.

    Steam it and exfoliate. Then you can simply apply a bit of toothpaste to help it dry out.

    Get a washcloth wet, warm it in microwave for 20-30 seconds, put hot compress (only as hot as doesn't burn you) on it, reheat rag, do this until it comes to a head, then pop!

    Go to target find E.L.F product in the makeup area and find the Zit Zapper. It is my fav. It has tea tree oil which will kill the bacteria. BTW it only costs 1 buck too.

    Steam.

    It brings watever it is to the surface.

    Big Bowl of really hott water, face over the bowl with a towel over your head to close your face in the area of the steam.

    Or a sauna. Lol.

    I get pimples a lot (when does adult acne turn into geriatric acne?) and here's what I would do.
    1) Put a hot compress on it for about 2 minutes.
    2) Squeeze out everything until nothing but blood comes out. That's how I know I got most of the infected material out.
    3) Put hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball (soak the cotton ball) and rub it in small circle until the pimple starts to sting...then keep holding it tightly on there for about a minute or two until it bubbles and turns the pimple starts to turn white.
    4) Then I'd put an antibiotic ointment on it to clear up the infection.

    Repeat steps 3 and 4 twice a day until it no longer oozes. After that, just repeat step 4 until the skin starts flaking off in layers on its own.

    And if clear ooze is coming out, it's not oil, it's pus.
